Description |
Animal experiments were used to evaluate the digestibility of refined groundnut oil and the effect of salt mixture content in the diet. Tabulated data suggested that the digestibility is affected by both the level and the form of Ca in the diet: higher fat digestibility was achieved when Ca was supplied as citrate, HPO4-2-- and CO3-2-- than as CaCO3 only.
