The present studies were undertaken to assess the adaptation of Jersey cows Imported from three different countries i. e, Newzealand, Australia and United States of America at different farms located throughout Himachal pradesh. The objectives of the studies were to guide the formulation of selection programmes and to gauge the effect of different environments on variations present in the herds of one source and of different sources.
