Immediately afterwards, Scholars and Writers of the city Set up a committee to prepare a presentation volume to honour him on his Sixtieth Birthday, and, Thus, Express the Great Love and Esteem of the Chandigarh residents for one who was to be their chief commissioner for the next two years.
