In the present study, High Performance Liquid Chromatography with Ultra-Voilet detector (HPLC-UV) technique was standardized and validated for the detection and quantitation of quinolone antimicrobials residues viz. norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin and penicillin antimicrobial residues viz. amoxicillin and cloxacillin from milk.
