<p>In this paper, we focused on the synthesis and characterization of zinc oxide nanoparticles by using chemical method. The characterization of Zinc oxide Nanoparticles are determined by different spectroscopic techniques such as UV-VISIBLE, DRS, FT-IR, FEĀSEM, and EDX. Further the antimicrobial activity and cytotoxic studies also performed towards different bacterial species like <em>Bacillus subtilis, Escherichi coli, fungi like Aspergillus niger</em> and MCF-7 Breast Cancer cell line.</p> |
