Names Sanjeev, S.
Date Issued 2003 (iso8601)
Abstract Most of the pathogenic bacteria are not present in fish caught from off-shore waters, but contamination occurs during handling of the material. Almost all pathogens are mesophilic in nature. If the time and temperature conditions are favourable, these organisms get an opportunity to grow and multiply at a faster rate.Consumption of such fish is dangerous and it will lead to food poisoning.
