| Abstract | Enzyme linked immuno sorbant assays have been developed for detection of salmonella in foods. It incorporates monoclonal antibodies to provide an excellent means of detecting the presence of salmonella in foods. By decreasing the time required to screen food products, this test provides an economical alternative to conventional methods. |
