| Abstract | Monitoring the optical properties of coastal and estuarine waters could provide diagnostic information on the ability of local waters to transmit sunlight to planktonic, macrophytic and other submerged vegetation for photosynthesis. The present study deals with the spatial patterns of bio-optical properties of the coastal and estuarine waters of Cochin during the pre-monsoon period. |
