A five week training programme on developments in the dairy industry will be organized by the Irish Dairy Board in Dublin for senior managers from developing countries from 24 August to 27 September 1987. The programme consists of intensive lectures and seminars which will cover all aspects of the dairy industry. Representatives of national and international organizations working on dairy industry issues will be participating in the seminars. The programme which is highly participative, covers several topics foremost among which are: the cooperative movement farming and supplier organizations, research and advisory services, herd improvement, milking collection and processing techniques, practical demonstrations...
