As part of its 'Agriculture, Man and Ecology Programme in India', the ETC Foundation is organizing an 'International Course on Ecological Agriculture for Asia'. Designed for agricultural extension workers from Asia, it is scheduled for January 25 to February 20, 1988, with applications needed as soon as possible. To be held on a 40 ha ecological farm in Pondicherry, India, the course has a three-fold focus: methods of ecological agriculture; adapting general techniques to specific ecological conditions; and incorporating an ecological approach in the participant's working situation.
