AGROTEC Newsletter The Agricultural Operations Technology for Smallholders in East and Southern Africa (AGROTEC) started to operate in October 1989. The AGROTEC region comprises Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Lesotho, and the regional office is in Harare.
