You can download all you want. It is free, accessible and important in these days of change robust. Operated by six trustworthy organisations active in the field, often mentioned in Spore (APC, Bellanet, IICD, IISD, INASP and OneWorld), it is already in Spanish and English, with the French roll-out in April 2002 and Portuguese in planning.
