Description Wild or cultivated, practically all banana species of the Musa family are catalogued in this newest edition of the Musalogue, compiled by the International Network for the Improvement of Banana and Plantain (INIBAP), partner organisations and published with CTA support.

The catalogue consists of fact sheets, illustrated with colour photos. Each sheet presents the passport biological and taxonomic data of a different species. It includes information on the common classification of bananas, bibliographic references, an index and a glossary.
