To reach the objective mentioned above, seed production of improved varieties and their dissemination by seed enterprises/seed cooperatives was our goal. So, farmers’ cooperatives were trained in quality seed production techniques and distribution in their respective, appropriate variety choosing for seed production, demonstration plots valorisation, seed sale techniques. To increase local Seed marketing, seed sellers from the cooperatives have been travelling from market places in the target zone to sell and create awareness of new technologies for adoption Seeds. Field days were organized to enhance farmer’s knowledge on seed production techniques and certification. Seed fairs also were organized and mini-packages developed to increase delivering of quality seed in target zones. Private rural radios were also trained on quality seed issues to facilitate message preparation and delivering. “Promotional fiches” were also developed to provide essential information to seed buyers
