Description |
Currently, techniques based on remote sensing applied to agricultural allow farmers and researches to obtain valuable spatial and temporal information of the crops that can be used in the management of water resources and fertilizers and thus increase the yield. The vertiginous advance of technology has placed at our disposal multispectral sensors which correlates light data reflected from the plant leaves with biological properties of them. On the other hand, the great trend in the development of aerial platforms or unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) provide us with useful tools for a low-cost remote sensing. In this work, a wavelet-based alignment technique is proposed to aligna multispectral image acquisition system developed previously to obtain NIR and Red aerial images. The use of the Dual-Tree complex wavelet along with the cross correlation is used and the error was 0.05%.
