Description |
This data set includes information of normalized vegetation index (NDVI) and potato plant canopy cover (CC), calculated from multispectral aerial images acquired at 3 different evaluation stages (45, 71 and 89 days after planting) in a drought field trial consisting of 258 potato genotypes subjected to three irrigation treatments: normal irrigation (NI), recovery (REC) and terminal drought (TD), during September to December 2017 in Ica - Peru.
