Description Soil respiration rates were measured in a rainforest plot and three rubber plantation plots, as two times of CH4 flux measurements in rainy season, aimed to assess the land use change impact on greenhouse gases emission. Controlling factors of temporal variation of soil respiration were determined using linear mixed effect model, and temperature sensitivity (Q10) of soil CO2 flux was calculated considering the moisture effect.
