Description |
This dataset contains observations from 604 farmers interviewed in 2018 to study the impact of the use of Laser Land Leveller (LLL) in a severe drought struck region of India. LLL offers various advantages like precise land levelling, reduced time and water for irrigation, uniform distribution of water in fields, good germination, and growth of crops, etc. Thus, various studies have tried to examine the effectiveness of LLL using an ex-ante assessment but in this study, we try to evaluate the impact of LLL on farmers’ livelihood using an ex-post analysis in Raichur district of India.
