Description SPLCV (begomovirus) data were diagnosed at 45 to 50 days after the inoculation. Four transmission tables of the SPLCV virus transmitted by Bemisia tabaci biotype B were obtained under constant temperatures (15, 20, 25 and 30°C), using an Acquisition Access Period (AAP) of 72 h and a Period of Access to Inoculation (PAI) of 96 h.
