Description |
This data was collected as part of a study investigating the exhaled breath of volunteers undergoing controlled human malaria infection (CHMI) with Plasmoldium vivax infection. Eight volunteers were recruited for the trial, and they provided breath samples both before and after drug treatment over a period of 28 days. The data also contains the ambient air samples collected at the same time as the breath collection. Two types of data are in this collection: GC-QTOF-MS file, with extension .D, which is proprietary to the company Agilent. The software "MassHunter", which is available to those who own any Agilent GC, LC or MS equipment, can be used to open these files. The second type of file available is of .xml type, which is an universal type and can be read using any text editor. |
