Description |
The experiments were conducted in ARS Gangavathi field (100 mM) and in glass house (at 100 and 150 mM). The field evaluation was performed during the post-rainy season of 2014. Eight bmr mutants possessing bmr-6 and bmr-12 alleles including their wild types, making to 12 lines were used for screening salinity tolerance in 2014 and 2015 at glasshouse conditions in ICRISAT, India. The experimental design adopted was randomized complete block design (RCBD) with 3 replications under control and saline conditions. Experiment location on Google Map |
