| Description |
The Government of Andhra Pradesh and ICRISAT Development Center put together a strategy for achieving double digit growth. Towards this, ICRISAT will provide technical assistance to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in steering the process of the development of the Primary Sector. The project aims to transform the Primary Sector in all 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh, India, by increasing productivity and improving rural livelihoods. ICRISAT helping Andhra Pradesh state government in developing Quality assurance system for soil analytical laboratories, undertaking capacity building for staff, upgrading existing soil labs for nutrient profile analysis and educate farmers for increasing productivity, profitability and sustainability through science-led development and climate-smart agriculture.
