Description |
This dataset contains data of a multi-location trial conducted at International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT), Patancheru location for five agronomic traits viz., days to 50% flowering (DF50), days to maturity (DM), plant height (PH), 100-seed weight (HSW) and grain yield per plant (GY-Plant). A total of 15 introgression lines (BC2F6) derived from two Cajanus species from secondary gene pool (C. cajanifolius (ICPW 29), and C. acutifolius (ICPW 12)) and popular pigeon pea cultivar, ICPL 87119 (also known as ‘Asha’), along with two popular cultivars ICPL 87119 and ICP 8863. The work has been done under the project “Identification of superior alleles and lines from wild Cajanus species for pigeon pea (Cajanus cajan) improvement” funded by Global Crop Diversity Trust, Germany. |
