Description |
The dataset contains GBS SNP marker data. The main objective of the experiment was to identify the contrasting parents using both phenotype and genotype data. The contrasting parents were identified for fodder quality under drought conditions for three years. Similar lines were identified after diversity analysis from data generated where the parental lines formed three clusters. Out of 24 lines used in conducting an experiment, the data of two entries were omitted and hence 22 lines were used in the GBS file. The GBS data was processed by using default parameters of the TASSEL-5.2 pipeline. The filtered (0.01 MAF)data has 55136 SNP markers. The data was used to generate a diversity map amongst these lines to identify contrasting parents from parents of RIL population developed in ICRISAT.
