Image compression methods locate an incredible job in the field of clinical image handling. Henceforth, Region of Interest (ROI) based method is huge for clinical image compression and transmission. In this paper, we propose lossless ROI for Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) images. The primary motivation behind this work is to dismiss the uproarious back-ground, also, reproduce the picture divides lossless.</p>
