This dataset contains information of potato dihaploid genotypes generated from tetraploid clones from populations with heat tolerance and virus resistance (PVX, PVY and PLRV), heat tolerant and late blight resistance (LT-LB, LB-HT1, B3C1) and photoperiod response. This genetic stock has a potential use in gene discovery, homozygous lines development and diploid breeding.
