The gends Troglopagurus consists of only four species (Gordon, 1956) viz., T. manaarensis Henderson, 1893, T, jousseaumii Bopvier, 1897, T. jubatus Nobili, 1903 and T. persichs Nobili, 1905. Of these, T. maarensis Henderson, is the only species recorded so far from the intertidal zone from Karwar waters |
