| Description |
The low temperature FIGS set contains 147 lentil accessions. This set was created using the Focused Identification of Germplasm Strategy FIGS (http://figs.icarda.org). Annual and monthly temperature, precipitation and aridity were used in the process. We applied a filtering approach by using a threshold to select environments that are likely to have imposed a selection pressure for low temperature tolerance on in situ populations over time. Furthermore, WorldClim data was used to maximize the climatic diversity within this set. FIGSILLDrought2017 is the name of the FIGS subset including the crop, trait name and the year of construction.
