<p>Treatment of 2-(2-((3aR,4S,6S,6aS)-6-((1-(4-chlorophenyl)-1<em>H</em>-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methoxy)-2,2-dimethyltetrahydrofuro [3,4-d][1,3]dioxol-4-yl)-4-oxo-3-phenylthiazolidin-5-yl)acetic acid <em>o</em>-phenyl diamine in conventional and microwave irradiation gives 5-((1<em>H</em>-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)methyl)-2-((3aR,4S,6S,6aS)-6-((1-(4-chlorophenyl)-1<em>H</em>-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methoxy)-2,2-dimethyl tetrahydrofuro[3,4-d][1,3]dioxol-4-yl)-3-phenylthiazolidin-4-one. Characterization of new compounds has been done by means of IR, NMR, MS and elemental analysis.</p><p> </p> |
