Description The data set shows SNP and SilicoDArT data of a taxon sample of 47 unique accessions from 10 wild species of the Batatas complex that were analyzed using DArTseq. The analysis was carried out in the framework of the project "Targeted use of crop wild relatives for sweetpotato breeding to improve abiotic stress resistance" which was part of the initiative “Adapting Agriculture to Climate Change: Collecting, Protecting and Preparing Crop Wild Relatives”. The objective was to provide information critical for the design of a pre-breeding approach by investigating the inter- and intraspecific relationships within the wild species of the Batatas complex.
