Description Sequential observations of agronomical important traits during cropping season for Rabi Sorghum Crop during 2019 and 2020 season in ICRISAT Patancheru campus research fields.This dataset has the agronomic details of 16 sorghum genotypes. These 16 genotypes were subjected to 2 different treatment combinations which are well-watered high nitrogen high density (WW HN HD), well-watered high nitrogen low density (WW HN LD). In WW HN HD treatment combination all the genotypes were replicated 6 times and in WW HN LD treatment combination all the genotypes were replicated 3 times. Four uniform plants were selected and sampled at 3 different crop growth stages (6 weeks, booting and at maturity) in WW HN LD treatment combination. At each stage leaf biomass, stem biomass and grain biomass (for the samples at maturity) were measured. In both the treatments, 4 plants were selected, for those plants 50% flowering observation were recorded and were harvested at maturity. For the plants that were harvested at maturity, biomass of leaf stem and panicle were recorded. After threshing panicles, total grain weight and 50 grain weight was recorded. All the agronomic practices like irrigation and fertilization, etc. are provided. Soil sampling was done before sowing and after harvesting to know the soil moisture.
