nations harvest tuna from the world's oceans. The harvest is
consumed in many forms: raw, cooked, smoked, dried, and canned.
They were commonly known as "Chicken of the sea" and form the
third largest product in international seafood trade with about 10%
ofthe total trade in value terms.
