Summary, etc. <p><span>Synthesis of indole based novel symmetrical nitroolefinic dendritic core has been succeeded using N-arylation route followed by Henry reaction. Synthesized symmetrical 1,3,5-triindolyl benzene has been successfully synthesis of by N-arylation of indole, symmetrical 1,3,5-tri(3-formyl indolyl)benzene and 1,3,5-tris(3-((E)-2-nitrovinyl)-1H-indol-1yl)benzene followed by Hendry reaction. These nitroolefinic cores have potential application in theoretical and medicinal chemistry and also used to prepare many new organic compounds of indole derivatives.</span></p>
