Summary, etc. <p style="text-align: justify;">Hexa peptide <strong>10</strong> has been prepared by the condensation of tetrapeptide acid and dipeptide amine by using standard coupling reagents EDCI, HOBT and DIPEA. In the same method, terta peptide <strong>8</strong> has also been prepared from the acid of dipeptide <strong>6</strong> and amine salt of dipeptide <strong>7</strong> in dichloromethane. Dipeptide <strong>5</strong> has been prepared from the unnatural amino acid which is prepared from d-Glucose and Xyloses. NMR spectral data of peptides indicates presence of secondary structure in peptides.</p>
