Lac cultivation is prone to high temperature during summer. Besides affecting all stages of lac insect, many lac host plants either become dormant or shed leaves during extreme summer. It results into low yield of broodlac consequently affecting succeeding crop. By adopting certain management practices, these adverse effects could be minimized to some extent. Not Available |
