Two soil proflles, (one each from coastal Ramalayampeta) and Telengana (Tirmadi) regions of Andhra Pradesh, were studied. Morphological properlies and anall'tical data show that these soils may be buried by allochthonous overburden forming a double profile. These soils may be classified as Thapto-iropofluventic (fine loamy) Haplusterts and Thapto-Haplustalfic (gravelly clay) Ustropepts, reipectively. Not Available |
