Metal lacquers developed earlier, were further modified for use as multi-coloured foil coatings in the packaging of confectioneries etc. The results obtained were promising. Water-thinnable lac-based coating compositions have been developed for cementitious surfaces. They showed good adhesion, and no flaking, peeling off and discolouration were observed upto nine months after application. Not Available |
