Activity of extracellular enzymes of eight phylogenetic groups of Trichoderma harianum and T. virens associated with different edibel mushrooms were studied which revealed that T1-1 and T21 isolates of T.virens and T25 isolate of T.harzianum associated with Agaricus bisporus had some activity of laccase and high activity of polyphenol oxidase, cellulases (exo and endo-glucanase and B-glucosidases) and hemicellulase (Xylanase and Laminariase). T16 isolate associated with Lentinula, Ganoderma, Agaricus, Pleurotus and Calocybe and higher activity of all the extracellular lignino-cellulytic enzymes whereas T18 isolate of T.harzianum, associated with Pleurotus had higher activity of cellulases and hemicellulases and lower activity of laccase Not Available |
