The disposal of processing waste from tuna and cuttlefish industry is a problem. Conversion of tuna and cuttletish processing waste to silage using formic at.:it.l is an ideal method for using them as animal feed. The silages were incorporated to standard feed ingredients and were tested for their efficiency by feedjng to albino rats. It was found that the silage made from tuna waste was superior to that from cuttlefish waste and both were better than the control Not Available |
