Yesterday, widespread rainfall (>75% places) received in 4 sub-divisions viz., Arunachal Pradesh, Assam & Meghalaya, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal & Sikkim and Kerala. The cumulative rainfall status since 01-June-2020 of the country as a whole has reduced from +8% to +7% due to the subdued rainfall in 25 out of 36 meteorological subdivisions during last two days.
