Description This dataset correspond to LAM, ELISA and qPCR analysis collected of leafs from 10 plants per plot. In parallel, these data were accompanied with spatial data at canopy level recovered from multispectral and thermal images acquired from sweet potato crops on the frame of a trial experiment carried out in the facilities of CIP-San Ramon between the September 2021 and February 2022. The aim was to characterize 12 phenotypes classified preliminary in 3 groups according to their behavior to virus infection: susceptible, moderate and resistant. The genotypes were subjected to three treatments: healthy plants, healthy plants to be infected in the field by insect’s vectors and infected plants (virus-grafted plants). They were 03 repetitions per treatment with 55 plants per genotype. An overall of 5 set of images were acquired throughfall the experiment.
