Description |
Temporal assessments of reflectivity (red, blue, green, and red-edge length waves) and sweet potato canopy thermal emissions were done using a multi-spectral and thermal camera attached to an unmanned aerial vehicle. This is an open source algorithm to associate temporal indexes based on measured traits (remote sensing) to susceptible, tolerant, and resistant genotypes of sweet potato virus.
