Description A study was conducted on 6 groups of8 crossbred piglets in each to spare grain from the diet of pigs. The animals were of about 7 week of age and 6.33±0.14 kg mean body weight. The animals in groups, WL1, WL2 and WL) were fed 40,62 and 85% wheat bran based and 0,50 and 100% rhaize replaced diets. Wheat bran of these diets was replaced (W/W) with deoiled rice bran (DORB) in groups, RL" RL2 and RL. Average growth pattern was similar in the animals on wheat bran based diets with comparable average daily feed intake, ADG and feed/gain ratio. On feeding DORB based diets all these responses were adversely affected and therefore DORB fed animals could attain only 16.5 to 26.3 kg body weight by 112th day of feeding in comparison to 35.24 to 37.15 kg in wheat bran based diets after 105 day of feeding. The overall digestibility of organic nutrients, except for CF, was significantly (P
