Description |
Kinetoplast DNA from Trypanosoma evqnsi isolates of bubaline, equine and cameline origin were amplified by polymerase cham. reaction (PCR) using 4 arbitrarily, selected 10 to 11 base- primers. Depending upon the T evansi isolate-primer combmation, between 3 to 8 reproducible DNA fingerprints of 300 to 1630 bp were amplified revealing a limited DNA polymorphism.
