The slow pace of the submission of long-term low greenhouse gas emission development strategies is not surprising. Lowering greenhouse gas emissions, also known as climate change mitigation, has been a touchy topic in climate talks, particularly among developing countries. Among them is developing and communicating about their long-term low greenhouse gas emission development strategies
