A survey was carried out on the prevalence of gastrointestinal (GI) nematodes in 970 goats in 7 villages and some government farms of high hills of temperate and humid zones of Sikkim. Coprological examination revealed 77.13% of infection with GI nematodes either as single or mixed infection with a mean number of eggs per gram of faeces (EPG) as 1166.7.
