Description The changes in the protein profiles of white lupin as result of fermentation induced by Rhizopus oligosporus was evaluated using discovery proteomic analysis. Moreover, the changes in the abundances of allergen derived tryptic peptides were evaluated using targeted quantitative proteomics study. This collection includes the following data files:
