Description |
This collection contains data pertaining to the digital design of flow reactors for continuous flow electrochemical extraction of heavy metal ions (copper) from water. The collections contains simulation results from a combined AI (using evolutionary design) and computational fluid dynamics (using lattice Boltzmann methods) to predict shapes of flow reactors. SEM images of the 3D-Printed designs are included as well as results and images from electrochemical experiments which show improvement in performance of these designs compared to benchmarks.
