Report of the sixth meeting of the CGIAR Oversight Committee, held in conjunction with CGIAR International Centers Week in October 1994. The report summarizes the Committee's conclusions on matters relating to the change process underway in the CGIAR including the study panel report on governance and financial structure, research agenda setting. It also considered the mechanisms for formulating CGIAR policy on genetic resources, and consulted with the CBC on the performance of IARC boards. The Committee found that insufficient time was allowed for filing of objections to the decision to locate ILRI headquarters in Nairobi, given the political content of the issue.Agenda document at the CGIAR meeting in October 1994.
