Description A combination of proteases, lipases, and amylases of Bacillus subtilis origin was administered to 2 commercial broiler flocks of 4000 birds each. Enzymes were supplemented in drinking water on 4 consecutive days along with each ofthe 2ND vaccines on 4 and 21 days age. Another commercial flock of 4000 broilers served as control. Geometric mean titers for ND on 14 and 28 days age for the enzyme treated flocks were 2 times higher than the control. It may be concluded that exogenous Bacillus subtHis enzyme supplementation positively affect broiler's response to ND vaccination.
